It's another
PINK SATURDAY at Beverly's blog,
How Sweet the Sound.
So what is new and
PINK this week?
Well first I stopped and visited Colette at
The Open Cupboard who has the
cutest collection of vintage plates and all kinds of stuff. Love the
pink shelves!
As for my
pink stuff...
For fun, here's a set of fun 50's tin plates I picked up at a flea market....
My favorite Thumbelina doll (early 60's) has a pink hat and a pink bunny...
The miniature scene at the top is from my Tudor tea Shoppe. I'll have to take some new pix when I remove the plexiglass cover.
So that's all for now! Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Pink Saturday! Love the tin plates. Thank you for visiting us. Enjoy your weekend!

I love the vintage plates! I just love to browse a good antique store! Happy Pink Saturday to you! Suzie
ReplyDeleteI am loving the pink! Especially the plates and teapot and the Thumbalina doll (I had one of those and loved her). I PROMISE to get your package in the mail to you Monday (couldn't get everything finished as planned). I have taken some pix of the spooky plants you sent me in my witch's cottage and will post them soon! Thank you again for a fun swap! Had to post about our local peach orchards and my attempt at flocking peaches first!

Hi, Chris,
ReplyDeleteThose tin plates from the 50's are wonderful. I had forgotten about the Thumbelina dolls. My best friend, Pam, had one, and I always loved it. It was so much like a real baby. I loved seeing yours with her cute pink bonnet and bunny. I hope you have a beautiful weekend, and thank you so much for visiting me at Bunny Cottage and following along. Vicki
OH!!!! I had a Thumbellina!! She is so cute!!

I love all those pinks you shred today. I love going shopping in antique stores, but the thing I want cost too much. Yours are very nice.
ReplyDeleteIt's Sunday, but I still want to wish you a happy pink Saturday, also a happy Monday. On Monday, check my blog at http://morganmandel.blogspot.com
